The RJ45W rolling bridge jack is the DIY'ers dream product, and it's ideal for any shop with the HD-9, arguably our most popular and versatile car lift. The HD-9 is the lift that many garages prefer because its optional caster kit allows operators to move it anywhere in their shop. Its compact size and reputation for safety mean this is one of the most popular car lifts ever made. Anyone interested in a four-post lift for wheel service should consider the HD-9 complete with a pair of RJ45W rolling bridge jacks.

What is the difference between the RJ45LP and RJ45W?
The RJ45LP and RJ45W rolling bridge jacks are essentially the same except for two specifications: First, the RJ45LP minimum drive-over height is 4.25" and the RJ45W minimum drive-over height is 4.5". Second, the RJ45LP maximum arm reach is 61" wide and the RJ45W maximum arm reach is 57" wide. Take a look at the RJ45LP Bridge Jack.

Easy-Roll Wheels Come Standard
Completely redesigned, the RJ45W rolling bridge comes standard with easy-roll wheels that fit onto the runway channels on standard four-post lift models 7,000-lbs lifting capacity or greater and provide effortless gliding along the runways for easy positioning and adjustability. BendPak rolling bridge jack rollers are made of hardened stainless-steel and zinc plated for maximum durability.

Rubber Contact Pads
BendPak protects your vehicles by providing a non-marring rubber contact pad on the popular RJ45W rolling bridge jack. The durable design will hold up for many years of heavy use. We highly recommend purchasing the optional frame cradle set for use on trucks and SUVs.

Stackable Adapters
Once your rubber contact pads are positioned under the manufacturer-recommended lift points, you may find that high-clearance vehicles are hard to reach. The stackable adapter set comes in handy to bridge that gap and make lifting easier.

High-Pressure Hydraulic Power Unit
Attached to the rolling bridge jack is a hydraulic power unit that also features an airline with 125 psi and 10 - 20 CFM. This independent power unit is ergonomically controlled with a foot pedal attached directly to the jack.

Three Lock Levels
With three lock positions to choose from, it's easy to find the perfect height to perform wheel and brake service. For additional height, raise the car lift to its max height, add the stackable adapters and raise the rolling bridge jack as high as it will go. Now you have more access to the undercarriage than ever before.

This optional scissor-style rolling bridge jack offers peerless jacking speed and convenience. The RJ45W provides you with the ability and added versatility to raise 2 or 4 wheels off the runways, making automotive service such as brake jobs and suspension work a cinch. Their exclusive telescoping roller design allows the runways to be adjusted for different tread widths, so you don’t need an adapter to work on a variety of vehicles. Reaching the factory approved jacking points has never been easier - the precision sliders enable you to position the RJ45W anywhere beneath the vehicle.

BendPak bridge jacks are designed to be there when you need them and gone when you don’t. Just remove your RJ45W out of the way when you want the vehicle tires back on the lift. Each jack comes complete with stackable pad adapters to provide added clearance when needed. Included commercial-grade air-hydraulic pump requires 100 psi and  15 - 20 CFM.

Duration: From the date of purchase by original Purchaser or 24‐12 months from the date of shipment by BendPak or whichever comes first.

  3. What products are covered by this warranty (Product): Any BendPak Commercial Parking Lift***
  4. What is covered under this warranty: manufacturer defects due to material and/or workmanship with the exceptions noted below.
  5. What is not covered under this warranty:
    1. Any failure that results from Purchaser's abuse, neglect or failure to operate, maintain or service Product in accordance with instructions provided in the owner's manual(s) supplied.
    2. Any damage caused by overloading Product beyond rated capacity.
    3. Items or service normally required to maintain the Product, i.e. lubricants, oil, etc.
    4. Items considered general wear parts such as rubber pads/blocks, etc. unless wear or failure is a direct result of manufacturer defect due to material and/or workmanship.
    5. Any component damaged in shipment or any failure caused by installing or operating lift under conditions not in accordance with installation and operation guidelines or damaged by contact with tools or surroundings.
    6. Motor or pump failure caused by rain, excessive humidity, corrosive environments or other contaminants.
    7. Rusted components due to improper maintenance or corrosive environments.
    8. Cosmetic defects that do not interfere with Product functionality.
    9. Damage due to incorrect voltage or improper wiring.
    10. Any failure that results from improper installation or use not according to specifications.
    11. Damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, wind, and lightning.
    12. Damage caused by unauthorized attachments or modifications.
  6. Responsibilities of Warrantor under this warranty: Repair or replace, at Warrantor's option, component which is defective, has malfunctioned and/or failed to conform within duration of the warranty period. Warrantor will pay reasonable labor costs for the first 12 months only.
  7. Responsibilities of Purchaser under this warranty/ notice of claims:
    1. Provide dated proof of purchase and maintenance records.
    2. In some cases, components may be required to be shipped to the nearest BendPak Authorized Service Center. Freight costs, after 12‐months, must be borne by the Purchaser.
    3. Use reasonable care in the operation and maintenance of the Products as described in the owner's manual(s).
    4. Immediately upon receipt of the Product, Purchaser shall inspect the same. Any claim for shortage must be made within ten days after Purchaser's receipt. All other claims, including claims for alleged defective Product, must be made within fifteen days after Purchaser learns of the facts upon which such claim is based, but in no event later than the applicable one, two or five year period specified above for the specified component(s). All claims not made in writing and received by Seller within the time periods specified above shall be deemed waived. With respect to any defects incapable of discovery until in use, all claims for any damages or losses as a result of such defects shall be deemed waived unless made in writing and received by Seller within fifteen days after Purchaser learns of the alleged defect giving rise to the claim and after the expiration of said periods, but in no event later than the applicable one, two or five year period specified above for the specified component(s). Purchaser expressly assumes all liability for all such damages or losses, irrespective of any use which shall have taken place or whether the alleged defect shall have occurred or been discovered prior to expiration of such periods.
  8. When Warrantor will perform repair or replacement under this warranty: Repair or replacement will be scheduled and serviced according to the normal work flow at the servicing location, and depending on the availability of replacement parts.
