The lightweight, easy-to-carry kit is intended for use on specific Challenger 2-post and 4-post lift models and should only be used by properly trained technicians. The manual hand pump enables a technician to raise a lift off the locks in order to be lowered. It is designed as a temporary solution and should only be used once per lift during a single outage event.

For Use With Challenger Lift Two Post Models:

CL4P7, CL4P9, 4P14, 4015, 4115, and 4018XFX

The hand pump kit only works on specific Challenger Lift models that have been properly prepped with hose prep kits. Each lift will need to have a standard or dual pendant control lift prep kit installed prior to power outage. Only one pump kit is required per facility. Pump kit includes all hoses necessary to connect one standard or dual pendant control lift. Hand pump reservoir will need to be refilled after each use.

#10700 Pump Kit Includes: High pressure portable manual hand pump, attachment hoses, hydraulic connectors, high-pressure flow control device, and a tote bag. Each facility requires a minimum of one pump kit.

For facilities with more than one lift, additional
prep kits will be required for each additional lift:

#10701 Standard Lift Prep Kit Includes: Hoses, connectors, valve, and quick-disconnects that attach directly to each lift. Each lift requires one Lift Prep Kit.

#10702 Dual Pendant Control Lift Prep Kit Includes: Hoses, connectors, valve, and quick-disconnects that attach directly to each lift. Each lift requires one Lift Prep Kit.
