The Atlas 12ASL-N Commercial Grade Scissor Alignment Lift allows the customer to utilize a minimum amount of space and still be able to align the smallest foreign car all the way up to a one ton dual rear wheel pickup truck.

The Atlas 12ASL 12,000 lbs. Commercial Grade Scissor Alignment Lift has been in production for several years and hundreds of these lifts have been sold throughout the world except for North America.

Our Asian partner developed this lift in a joint venture with one of the most prestigious Italian lift manufacturers. The combination of the Italian engineering and design coupled with the low cost of the Asian labor has resulted in an alignment lift that is equal to or better than similar big name lift brands costing two and three times as much money.

The Atlas alignment lift has a lifting height of over seven feet so that it may be floor mounted or recessed if the customer decides on a flush mount installation. The full frame under the scissor lift provides for maximum stability.

All Atlas scissor alignment lifts can be surface mounted or flush mounted. Each lift comes with approach ramps for the floor mounted application or an optional set of ramps if the customer decides to flush mount the lift. The extra high lifting height allows this scissor alignment lift to be flush mounted and still offer plenty of room under the runways to properly access the underside of the vehicle.

The extra long 71" long approach ramps make it easy to load low riding vehicles.

Once a vehicle is positioned on the Atlas scissor alignment lift, the optional Atlas RJ-6 rolling jack can lift the vehicle off of the runways to perform wheel service. The air powered hydraulic Atlas RJ-6 rolling jack has telescoping arms that extend over the runways to access lift points. These jacks have screw out extensions or optional stack on truck adapters.

Welded rails on the inside of the runways are standard on all lifts, allowing the customer the option of incorporating the Atlas RJ-6 rolling jack system on his Atlas scissor alignment lift.

Limited Bay Space? No Problem!
We often hear from customers who change and balance tires, that they do not have the space to offer alignment services to their customers. They either sub-contract their alignment work or recommend that the customer take their vehicle to a competitor for an alignment. Both options can easily result in the loss of that customer to a competitor.

An Atlas Alignment System allows the customer to utilize a minimum amount of space and still be able to align the smallest foreign car all the way up to a one ton dual rear wheel pickup truck.

The space saving 12,000 lbs. scissor alignment lift is only slightly wider than a vehicle. There is no need for a permanent mounted camera/target alignment machine in the front of the rack. Bay length can be as short as 25 feet and the Atlas alignment system will deliver accuracy equal to or better than our competitors' camera/target 3-D systems. The computer alignment machine can be located anywhere in the bay. (Front, rear, or on either side.)

There is no need to roll a vehicle back and forth to obtain lateral run-out compensations. In fact, when you use the 3-point Fast Clamps, there is no need to either raise the vehicle or roll the vehicle. Since no lateral run-out compensation is needed, accurate alignment measurements can be obtained in about two (2) minutes.

Shops with limited bay space should not be excluded from offering alignment services. Shops can offer profitable alignment services without adding additional bays or expanding existing bay space. Atlas Alignment Equipment costs about 50% less than equivalent alignment equipment.

Air Actuated Locks
This scissor alignment lift has multiple automatic locking positions to ensure that the lift can be safely used at different heights. The air actuated lock system engages automatically as the lift moves up and is deactivated from the control panel when the lift is ready to be lowered.

Air Line Kit Included
All Atlas scissor alignment lifts come with a Factory Installed air line kit at no extra charge ($400 value). This air line kit allows the customer to attach a (included) recoil air hose to both rolling jacks without the need of an exposed air hose across the work area floor. The air supply is plumbed into the control panel and the high pressure hose is routed to the inside rear of one platform and the inside front of the other runway. The unique air couplers can be adjusted to regulate the flow of air and can also be turned off without affecting the air supply to the other coupler. The air line kit is hidden and protected so that there is no chance to trip over and air hose. The work area around the lift and between the runways is uncluttered. Another great Atlas above ground lift feature that offers maximum benefits at no cost to the customer.

Recessed Turntables and Turntable Covers
This alignment lift includes a set of front turntables. The turntables may be moved into three different positions, allowing the customer to perform both two wheels and four wheels alignment on the shortest and longest of vehicles. This lift also includes metal turntable cover plates (that cover the cut-outs for the turntables) so that the vehicle is not sitting on the turntable if the lift is not being used for alignment.

Extra Long Slip Plates
Built-in extra long slip plates allow for aligning of wheelbases from 172" to 86".
