Fully Automatic
No manual operations required the operator. Reduced spin and diagnostic times to make it one of the fastest on the market.

Touchscreen Interface
The graphic interface and touchscreen technology simplify and speed up operations and work programme selection.

Wheel Dimension Measurements with Contactless System
High precision laser sensors automatically measure all wheel dimensions in a few seconds during the measurement cycle.

Automatic Positioning and LED Illuminator
At the end of the spin cycle, the wheel is braked and brought automatically into the balancing position (RPA). The integrated LED illuminator illuminates the work area to facilitate wheel cleaning and application of the counterweights.

Adhesive Counterweight Application
The internal point laser indicates the correct position for applying the adhesive counterweights with absolute precision.

Hidden Weight Automatic
New 'Hidden Weight' programme to divide the external side balancing adhesive weight into two equivalent weights hidden behind the spokes. A completely autonomous operation.

Laser Run-Out Measurement
High-precision measurement of radial and lateral wheel run-out (1st harmonic and peak-to-peak) and calculation of the best coupling of parts, resolving the typical problems of road vibration.

Intelligent Positioning Lite
A special vehicle tyre set diagnostic tool for checking run-out and imbalance. Once all the wheels are memorised, EM9980C suggests their best placement on the vehicle placement of the wheels themselves on the vehicle for maximum comfort and safety.

General Terms
Corghi USA expressly warrants its products will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for the time period specified. Corghi USA must be informed in writing within (7) days after discovery of a defect. Corghi USA reserves the right to repair or replace a product at our discretion. Consumable products and accessories such as but not limited to; plastic protection parts, bead breaker pads, inflation hoses, and rollers, are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from abuse or failure to perform any necessary maintenance (i.e. damage due to or resulting from, faulty installation, neglect, misuse, improper electrical connections or electrical surges, problems resulting from excessive water, contaminated air system, or pollutant of any nature, fire or freight damage).

Corghi machines are warranted to be free of defects as follows:

A2030, A2024TI, 2024LL, A9824, A9824LL, A9830, A9222, Service Pro 124, Service Pro 324, BC200S, A2002 - (3) years parts and (1) year labor. Additional Transmission Warranty Models: A9222 - (5) years parts only. A2030, A2024TI, 2024LL, A9824, A9824LL, A9830 - (10) years parts only. AM50, AM500, AM5000, Master J, Master Code, Master28 - (3) years parts and (1) year labor. Corghi USA agreement to repair a tire changer or balancer is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express, implies or statutory, including any warranties for merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Corghi USA maximum liability shall be limited to the cost of the machine. In no event shall Corghi USA be responsible for owner's lost profits, goodwill or other incidental or consequential damages. Corghi USA is not responsible for equipment or accessories damages in shipment. Freight claims are to be made directly with the carrier. We will be more than happy to assist you with any questions regarding filing claims.

After emailing or faxing the completed form below, you will receive a "Corghi Cash" coupon, good towards the purchase of a subsequent machine. This coupon is only valid for 6 months. The coupon value will be either 10% or 5% of the machine & associated accessories just purchased. This is based on the subtotal. Taxes, freight, and other charges are not included. The value is 10% if second machine goes to the same location or 5% if the machine is purchased for an alternative company owned location.
