The Corghi ET1680 Truckline Wheel Balancer provides precision and technology at your service with maximum efficiency and minimum effort. The ET1680 features a large 22" touch-screen monitor, smart arm plus, next-gen spin and measurement system, one-touch multifunction button, direct positioning and electromagnetic brake, AWD sonar, integrated LED illuminator, space-saving wheel guard, and an integrated wheel lifting system.

Large 22" Touchscreen Monitor
Large 22" touch-screen monitor with intuitive graphical user interface, for simplifying and speeding up program selection and balancing operations.

Smart Arm Plus
Intelligent system for measuring distance and wheel diameter up to 30", equipped with the Fast Selection Program (FSP) and the new LaserBlade pointer. The FSP automatically activates balancing programs, while the LaserBlade pointer improves accuracy and visibility when identifying the inner planes of the rim, for an optimized balancing process.

Next-Generation Spin And Measuring System
Low-speed balancing cycle to reduce spin times, minimize any risks related to moving parts and save energy. It is suitable for all wheel types of heavy-duty, light, off-road and car vehicles, ensuring precision and reliability.

Wide Weight Tray And One-Touch Multifunction Button
Rotational weight tray with multiple compartments to efficiently organize counterweights and tools. The tray features a one-touch button to facilitate the quick selection of work programs, improving the efficiency of operations.

DPA And Electromagnetic Brake
The Direct Positioning (DPA) function automatically sets the wheel in the correct balancing position at the end of the spin cycle, eliminating intermediate stops. The electromagnetic brake simplifies the cleaning and application of the counterweights, making the mounting and demounting of the wheel more efficient and less tiring.

Application Of Adhesive Counterweights
Adhesive counterweights can be applied in three different ways, depending on your preference: Ergonomically at 5 o'clock using the new Laser Line Pro pointer, Manually at 6 o'clock, or Manually at 12 o'clock, following the traditional method.

Integrated LED Illuminator
The LED illuminator improves visibility of the work area to facilitate rim cleaning and the application of counterweights.

Space Saving Wheel Guard And Inclined Front Part
Wheel guard is designed to allow the positioning along the wall, it also permits to hold wheels up to 52" (1.321 mm) maximum diameter. Inclined front part to improve operator access to the inside of the rim.

Integrated Wheel Lift System
Integrated low-profile pneumatic lifting system, manually operated without pedals. It easily lifts wheels of up to 300 kg, ensuring perfect centering. Ergonomic, robust and fast.

Weight Management Plus
Special collection of useful programs that optimize the positioning of balancing counterweights, guaranteeing accurate results with less material usage and improving service efficiency. The ideal solution for a faster, cheaper and more sustainable balancing service.

Advanced Diagnosis
The ET1680 wheel balancer, when equipped with optional SONAR sensors, can also be used as an advanced diagnostic tool. With its three diagnostic programs, it is able to identify and even resolve geometric wheel defects, eliminating vibrations that cannot be corrected in traditional balancing.

Wheel Eccentricity And Best Fit
The Radial Runout Sensor-Wheel (RRS-W) automatically detects the radial eccentricity of the wheel. The BESTFIT software uses this data to display the point of greatest deviation on the screen, thus facilitating optimal positioning on the vehicle hub. The Lateral Runout Sensor-Wheel (LRS-W) measures the lateral eccentricity of the tire to ensure perfect alignment.

Fast Matching
The Fast Matching function automatically calculates the optimal match-mounting between rim and tire, improving vibration reduction, increasing safety and prolonging tire life. The RRS-W and RRS-R diagnostic kits are required to activate this function.

Special Functions And Programs
Wide range of programs for an easy and immediate use of the machine, including: 7 balancing programs for alloy rims for truck and car wheels, Dynamic, Static, Hidden weight, 2 working environments, multi-operator, AWC, Imbalance optimization (Opt Flash), and software update via USB.

AWD Sonar (Optional)
The Auto Width Device sonar sensor (AWD) automatically measures the wheel width without contact. No manual entry by the operator is required.

Corghi USA Limited Warranty Statement
General Terms
Corghi USA expressly warrants its products will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for the time period specified. Corghi USA must be informed in writing within (7) days after discovery of a defect. Corghi USA reserves the right to repair or replace a product at our discretion. Consumable products and accessories such as but not limited to; plastic protection parts, bead breaker pads, inflation hoses, and rollers, are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from abuse or failure to perform any necessary maintenance (i.e. damage due to or resulting from, faulty installation, neglect, misuse, improper electrical connections or electrical surges, problems resulting from excessive water, contaminated air system, or pollutant of any nature, fire or freight damage).

Corghi machines are warranted to be free of defects as follows:

Tire Changers:
A2030, A2024TI, 2024LL, A9824, A9824LL, A9830, A9222, Service Pro 124, Service Pro 324, BC200S, A2002 - (3) years parts and (1) year labor. Additional Transmission Warranty Models: A9222 - (5) years parts only. A2030, A2024TI, 2024LL, A9824, A9824LL, A9830 - (10) years parts only. AM50, AM500, AM5000, Master J, Master Code, Master28 - (3) years parts and (1) year labor. HD700, HD1300, HD1400, Monster TT, HD1800, Service Pro 440, Service Pro 426 - (3) years parts and (1) year labor. NOTE: Rubber pads, air lines, gauges, mount/demount heads, and swabs - (90) day warranty.

Corghi USA agreement to repair a tire changer or balancer is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express, implies or statutory, including any warranties for merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Corghi USA maximum liability shall be limited to the cost of the machine. In no event shall Corghi USA be responsible for owner's lost profits, goodwill or other incidental or consequential damages. Corghi USA is not responsible for equipment or accessories damages in shipment. Freight claims are to be made directly with the carrier. We will be more than happy to assist you with any questions regarding filing claims.

After emailing or faxing the completed form below, you will receive a "Corghi Cash" coupon, good towards the purchase of a subsequent machine. This coupon is only valid for 6 months. The coupon value will be either 10% or 5% of the machine & associated accessories just purchased. This is based on the subtotal. Taxes, freight, and other charges are not included. The value is 10% if second machine goes to the same location or 5% if the machine is purchased for an alternative company owned location.
