The Corghi HD1800 Hydrus Heavy-Duty Truck Tire Changer is a fully automatic universal tire changer. Corghi offers you the future of oversize tire changers! Everything in this tire changer is aimed at power. HD1800 Hydrus will always be at your side with its inexhaustible strength. Forget the pitfalls of removing agricultural, earth-moving or deforestation wheels, now it is easier and simpler to finish your work without any effort.

Another step forwards for the High-Tech tire changer! The use of a hydraulic motor, which activates the reduction gear, offers the delivery of the available torque always at the highest level and with any number of revs. 3 different speeds allow the operator to work always in the appropriate manner according to the wheel size. There is also the possibility to adjust the number of revs in order to achieve a very slow speed, necessary for the tire grooving.

The HD1800 exploits the enormous potential provided by the hydraulic system. The operator will undoubtedly be satisfied by the performance offered by the hydraulic power. The power unit is separated from the machine to avoid encumbrances and weights attached to the machine during movements. The moving speeds have no equals among competitors. The START & STOP function allows for a significant energy saving when the machine is not being used.

Wireless Ergonomic Control Console Standard

Independent Movements
Independent movements between self-centering clamp and tool arm. This will allow you to position the wheel and the tools as freely and quickly as possible. The tool carriage moves at high speed, while the self-centering arm offers all the strength necessary for a smooth work.

New 60" Turntable
The new power hub spindle supports the turntable, which can clamp rims up to 60" (by using extensions). A turntable so robust has no precedent. Possibility to clamp wheels up to 50" without extensions.

Tool Unit
The new tool unit has been intentionally designed to be solid, so that it can withstand the heavy-duty use it will be subject to. The new structure, the new bead breaking disc and the use of aeroderivative bearings are some details of this concentrate of technology and solidity.

Base
HD1800 base is the supporting heart of the machine. Its robustness is born from this structure. During the working activities, efforts are discharged onto the base, allowing to raise the working limits. At the same time, we offer you a simple and innovative method to remove truck wheels with a powerful tire changer.

Corghi USA Limited Warranty Statement
General Terms
Corghi USA expressly warrants its products will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for the time period specified. Corghi USA must be informed in writing within (7) days after discovery of a defect. Corghi USA reserves the right to repair or replace a product at our discretion. Consumable products and accessories such as but not limited to; plastic protection parts, bead breaker pads, inflation hoses, and rollers, are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from abuse or failure to perform any necessary maintenance (i.e. damage due to or resulting from, faulty installation, neglect, misuse, improper electrical connections or electrical surges, problems resulting from excessive water, contaminated air system, or pollutant of any nature, fire or freight damage).

Corghi machines are warranted to be free of defects as follows:

Tire Changers:
A2030, A2024TI, 2024LL, A9824, A9824LL, A9830, A9222, Service Pro 124, Service Pro 324, BC200S, A2002 - (3) years parts and (1) year labor. Additional Transmission Warranty Models: A9222 - (5) years parts only. A2030, A2024TI, 2024LL, A9824, A9824LL, A9830 - (10) years parts only. AM50, AM500, AM5000, Master J, Master Code, Master28 - (3) years parts and (1) year labor. HD700, HD1300, HD1400, Monster TT, HD1800, Service Pro 440, Service Pro 426 - (3) years parts and (1) year labor. NOTE: Rubber pads, air lines, gauges, mount/demount heads, and swabs - (90) day warranty.

PL60, Service Pro 750, EM9250, EM9280, EM9580, EM9780, EM9980C, ET1450, ET88 - (3) years parts and (1) year labor.

Corghi USA agreement to repair a tire changer or balancer is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express, implies or statutory, including any warranties for merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Corghi USA maximum liability shall be limited to the cost of the machine. In no event shall Corghi USA be responsible for owner's lost profits, goodwill or other incidental or consequential damages. Corghi USA is not responsible for equipment or accessories damages in shipment. Freight claims are to be made directly with the carrier. We will be more than happy to assist you with any questions regarding filing claims.

After emailing or faxing the completed form below, you will receive a "Corghi Cash" coupon, good towards the purchase of a subsequent machine. This coupon is only valid for 6 months. The coupon value will be either 10% or 5% of the machine & associated accessories just purchased. This is based on the subtotal. Taxes, freight, and other charges are not included.
